Everybody ... jump!!..."Jumpology"

 

Hoy os dejo con un post muy divertido y diferente, (ya sabéis que me apasiona la fotografía). Estas fotografías fueron realizadas por Philippe Halsman, uno de los fotógrafos más importantes y mejor relacionados del siglo XX. Colaborador habitual de la revista Life, fotografió a muchos de los personajes clave de la sociedad del siglo pasado, nadie se escapó de su objetivo con una peculiaridad, ellos saltaban ante su cámara porque, para él, “en un salto, el protagonista, en una repentina explosión de energía, supera la gravedad. No puede controlar todas sus expresiones, su gesto en la cara y los músculos de sus miembros. La máscara se cae. La persona real se hace visible. Uno sólo tiene que atraparlo con la cámara”.

 

Today I leave you with a fun and different post, (you know I love photography). These photographs were taken by Philippe Halsman, one of the most important photographers of the twentieth century better connected. A regular contributor to Life magazine, photographed many of the key figures of the past century society, no one escaped of his lens with a peculiarity, they jumped at the camera because, for him, "in a jump, the protagonist, in a sudden burst of energy, overcomes gravity. They can not control all theirs expressions, their gesture in the face and muscles of their members. The mask falls. The real person becomes visible. One only has to catch it with the camera. "
